Booking Policy
THANK YOU for choosing LIV LONDON BEAUTY! We receive many applications and dates fill up quickly, therefore we require a $150 deposit/ your appointment time slot, which is applicable towards the overall service total. We accept Venmo, Pay Pal, check and cash payments (for additional payment information please call (650)670-0857). Your date will not be reserved until your deposit is received and this deposit is non refundable. Checks will be cashed the date of service (or day of cancellation). We will send you a notification email/ text letting you know your deposit has been received and your application date is officially booked. Cancellation MUST be made 2 weeks in advance or the client will be responsible for full payment of the service requested. Please note if you arrive with wet hair to your appointment we will charge a $25 blow dry application to your service total NO EXCEPTIONS!
